Tekonsha P3 Install (Best location IMHO)

    I just finished installing my new P3 brake controller. It fits perfectly in the little space for the wallet door with the mount that comes with it.

    It takes a while to cut out the space for the controller, and just screws onto the top of the drawer.

    You could have just mounted the controller on top of the panel without taking a hacksaw to it.

    That's almost exactly where I have mine. Only problem is your left shin. If you're tall (like I am) you're almost certain to gouge your shin. Just have to be careful when you jump into the truck.
