ok guys have a few wheel questions

im trying to figure all this out since im a newbie
2012 dc pre runner stock sizes 245/75/16

im looking at some 4 runner wheels and fj cruiser wheels
i know they will fit but is there a offset difference will those wheels stick out or bring it in and if it brings it out how far out?
also im looking at the 265/65/17 ( maybe 265/70/16) inch tires will they fit on a stock suspension tacoma

i drive the truck for work about 125 miles a day, so i cant go to big i dont want to kill my mpgs
but i want it to look more like a truck tire then a passenger truck tire..

any help would be cool thanks
