I've had my share of ?'s before I started the build on my truck and I'm here to help. I'm no expert but I love the look of my truck. I went with this setup from toytec... http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Bilstein-Adjustable-lift-kit-with-5100-shocks_p_132.html if that helps any. Took these pics earlier when I pu my wheels back on. I did the AAL and also did the UCA's (better for alignment). I wouldn't have done anything different. I did have to trim the cab mount and remove front mud flaps. Tire size is at 285/65/18 with 18" XD Monsters. I can take specific pictures of my lift if you need it for reference.

That is probably the kit I should have rolled with !
Are the shims necessary even if I kept it on the .85" on the adjustables ?
Beautiful looking driveway you have there !

Oh yeah.... I also had to get the sway bar relocate mounts if that matters at all.

Researching Bilstein 6112s for the front, Bilstein 5100s for rear, Toyota light racing UCAs if needed, Pro Comp 7036 series 17s, BFG AT KO2 275/70 17s
Sea to Sky---looks like you got everything I'm in the process of getting. I have a 2011 TRD 4x4 Off Road DCSB, i just ordered the Pro Comp 7036 series 17s with 4.75" backspacing with som BFG AT KO2 265/70, originally wanted to get the bilstein 6112s up front with the 5160s in the rear but $$$ held me back, so now I think I'm going with the bilstein 5100s front and rear, can't decide if i should re-use my stock coils on new 5100s or if i should get OME 885s or eibachs, and not sure which setting I should go with on the front shocks, hoping you could give me some pointers, you have any pics of your rig? thanks
