Fresh Fish here......

Hello everyone,
My name is Joe. I've been lurking on here for about a couple months now, learning what I can from reading what I can and such. I currently don't own, nor have I ever yet owned, a Toyota but that is to change in the next few months with the acquisition of a '16 Tacoma. I live on Oahu so at the time of this post, there are no '16s to scope out personally so I've been geeking out on here. Test drove a 2012 dcsb prerunner (4x4 on Oahu is VERY rare due to the lack of need oddly enough) a few months back and really liked that it doesn't drive like other trucks I've driven and knew that Toyota is the best route to go for me.
Current car is an 08 Subaru Legacy GT so there will be a great deal of culture shock when the change happens. I've never owned a truck before, but I do drive a little off road in the work truck (2012 F150) for my job, and am ready for a change and the odds of a speeding ticket out here greatly increases the longer I wait.
Looking forward to many great experiences on here and in the world.

 

When are 3rd Gens scheduled to arrive in HI?

 

Late October. People can go to Servco Toyota here and order one but it's blind because no pricing or packages are available.

 

Ha, pretty much the same as Central FL. And your in the middle of the Pacific.
