I wouldnt. I banged up my armor pretty good last time (2 weeks ago) and so did the other guys I was with. I was on 35's, as was one other and the last on 33's but full armor and 2 lockers. Trail has gotten more washed out over the last couple years.

And OP, at the end of the trail(when running from Lake Alpine) you can camp at Duck Creek. Beautiful creek with plenty of water.

Two trucks broke CV axles on the same part of the trail. We had a good time. Left a day early due to breakage and my daughter started to get sick.
I got hung up once, and that was because I had no business taking my truck through this section, too long of a rig and don't have my on board air run yet for my arbs.
I bumped both sliders, my front bumper, rear bumper, and put my new ATO skid to use as well. Had a great time.

We saw the camp spots at the end of the trail (from the direction we ran) and really wish we would have staged from there. It was gorgeous.

To the guy that asked about doing the trail on 31's, I wouldn't. It's not a super hard trail, but in a Taco, 31's are just too small. Gonna get hung up

Totally agree with this. Wish I had a HC read bumper, well after this trip I need one.

Yeah, the wall ride around to the right would have been the better line. :notsure:

Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
Not necessarily. Brian made it through with just sliders a few years back. Couple scuffs on his bumper but he made it. MJ however, did take out his door haha.

Totally, that would have been the safe route. I purposely took this line just to see if I could do it. Had my lockers been operational, I probably would have made it, or at least made it further....... Or totally screwed myself and collapsed a door :D I had to give it a shot though
