I have a 13 tacoma and I installed a kit from retrofit source, Morimoto - gold 'moto control'. A couple weeks ago the lights stopped working, the connection between the gold 'moto contol' and the wiring harness was corroded, lots of blue corrosion. Cleaned it out and put some dielectric grease in there. Worked fine for a bit then stopped again last night. Took it apart again today and one of the pins seems to have broken off in the connection. I need to fix this asap, driving at night and somebody is buying the truck next week. Anyway I can replace bulbs with stock bulbs and keep the high beam functioning to get by here? Thanks for any advice, cheers!

Good luck screwing over a future Tacoma owner.

Certainly not screwing anybody over, hopefully have the new module coming to fix it, just seeing if there is a way to bypass that piece or make the stock bulbs work in the interim. Pretty tough driving around at night with just the fog lights
