Prior to my current Tacoma, my daily driver was a tank of a 2500 Dodge quad cab, long bed, 4wd, Hemi/auto, oversized gas guzzler that took a football field to turn around, 1-1/2 parking spaces (in length) to park, and flat wore me out driving it for any prolonged time.

But I LOVED the mirrors. No, I didn't have them flipped out to the ultra-wide towing position.....But you could SEE EVERYTHING behind and beside you. My Tacoma's mirrors....not so much. I LOVE driving the Tacoma, 'cept when it's time to make a lane change on the interstate. Too much blind spot!

So. What does everyone else do? "Fish eye mirrors"? Listen for horns blowing? Show me what you have done. I'm probably going to do the fish eye mirror thingy soon. Just want some input from someone else who's BTDT.....

Some here have done the rear view camera anytime mod which would offer some help but not completely solve the problem.

i parked next to a quad cab ram 2500 with a lift the other day. I couldn't stop looking at how big it was. It was enormous. Had to be the biggest Consumer Pickup I have ever seen.

I drive both trucks, Tacoma is personal and 2015 Dodge 2500 CTD Quad cab for work.

Dodge is like driving on my living room sofa. So. Much. Room.

Back in the day I drove a school bus. It was easier to drive than the Ram.
