I am looking to buy fender flares from a 2013 DC long bed Tacoma for my 2014 DC short bed, I would not think the wheel openings would be different but does anyone know for sure they will fit? Thanx in advance for your help!

Bump.. I'm in the same boat. I've read all over that they are different but no one ever has an explanation. Only, (I've heard they are different)

BTW did you end up buying them? Do they wok just fine?

I did buy them and they do not fit. They are slightly different. Put one over the other and they look to be the same. However, the bolt pattern is different and the contour is different in a subtle way, a bit wider at the forward end of the wheel opening. Close , but no cigar...no way to make 'em work.

Ah shit ok thanks that helps me out alot. Unfortunately short box is quite rare up in Canada, been really hard to source out flares. No short box ones yet.

Also I've been quite curious. I'm new to the forum. Anyways. Are you from the states? Cuz I was in Oregon a few months ago and I saw DC SB Tacoma's everywhere. But they were automatics? Seems odd to me because here you can only get the DC SB In a standard. And even then they are pretty hard to find. Do you know anything about this?
