When I bought the truck, this was in the glovebox. I just left it I there and ignored it.

Recently, I decided that I should clean out everything in the glove box and I still have no idea what this is for. Any ideas?

If I remember correctly there alpine and the small screw is to hold the face on for display or for holding the cd mechanism from bounceing around during shipping.

I would keep them in case you ever need to pull it out to get behind it to hook up or unhook anything.

Spare keys, they work only once though.

    Later.

Most likely radio removal keys. If you lose them, you'll probably have to buy a kit of keys to get the radio out.

you dont even need these as you can just remove the whole face around where the radio is and pull off the skeleton that it is screwed too. The aftermarket radio slips into a metal sleeve and snaps into there. You slide the keys on the side of the deck and that metal sleeve, which will unsnap the radio from the sleeve allowing you to pull it out. The screws may be extra. I wouldnt worry about these, I bend these into L brackets and drill into it and use it to prop things up or mount it.
