OP, your post from today (10-3), shows you are having too much fun off road! Might want to start thinking about a lift! Truck looks really good in it's natural habitat! =). Sorry the torque sucks!

Yeah, there is no consistency from state to state or province to province, some need them some don't, in BC we need them but I don't think you need them next door in Alberta.

    Wish BC would follow...

I know you said tires weren't rubbing at all so do you think this is as big as you could go stock without rubbing?

Not sure how hard the wheeling actually is (no insult intended OP) but it just goes to show what you can do and where you can go right off the showroom floor. Most people never will but you can take most of these trucks most places. Yes, intense wheeling requires specialized equipment but so far I'd go down these same trails as OP with no hesitation w/o modifying my truck. Of course, living in Colorado and playing around in Utah, NM and AZ will change your perspective on what is doable or not. I used to call my x's '92 Saturn the SatRover ... 3" of clearance and we used to get stares from people. Never got stuck but had to back down a few times.

Some people modify, take apart, and use their equipment. Some people go to the mall. And I have yet to see 'money coming out it azz'.

I agree, what I did is far from 'wheeling hard'. I bought it to use it for this purpose and so far it's delivering. Although the pin stripping is hard to bear on such a new truck :)

yeah, about the pin striping ... thought that went out with high waisted 'Mom' jeans in the late 80's! glad to see you using the truck as intended - do let me know which of the buttons starts making it spit $$ out the tailpipe!

I also live in AZ (valley and payson). Will pick up a 2016 most likely this winter/spring. What is your views on how well the truck does on the freeway pulling grade. (like I-17 towards Flagstaff, or 87 (beeline) from Phx to Payson). The 4.0 in my 06 did just fine.
