    Can anyone tell me if this could be used for the daytime running light plug and play? Or would a resistor be needed? Thanks

    I use and love them! They don't get hot and are bright. Had them for over a year. You need resistors if you don't want hyper flash. They have a nice white color also. Not blue. Highly recommend.

    I'd love to see a pic of your mounted resistor. If it's a pain in the ass don't worry about it.

    This pic isn't good but they are gold.
    With the resistors you are supposed to mount to metal. I did that but also put so they get airflow so they don't overheat.
