    Now take it all apart and put it back together I mean every part that way we know how they build them. I already know how to build Camrys nice demo though tell you what your lucky the side air bag didn't go off don't mess with the trim around the air bags iv seen them go off putting trim on a car not pretty.

    Love the video and the pictures... I do a lot of back country riding and I have noticed that if a hill looks steep in a video then it is steep. I have some videos of buddies tipping over on snow machines on slopes that in a video look very pedestrian. I will need to find that hill the next time I am in Sedona... Everything I am seeing looks very controlled and appropriate for the vehicle and heck I am old and conservative. Nice work showing how the dash comes apart, seems like digging into the dash is required these days to get things configured with sound systems and upgrades, nice to see how it comes apart.

    I've been down that hill in one of the Pink Jeep tours Sedona is famous for. It's pretty steep and the Tacoma went down it smoother than the jeep did.

    User Levo, please stop quoting yourself. It makes you seem insane.

    It pulls the grade on I17 just fine. However to maintain a decent speed (75+) it will be in 4th and sometimes 3rd quite often.

    Can someone please help me. I ordered a TRD OR DCSB AT and I just went on the website and saw they lowered the mpg to 17/20... I know it doesnt have the air damn but when I ordered it they were the same. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe post your window sticker so I can see what the correct number is for the OR. Thanks! I am new to truck world. Been a long time fan of Tacos. Many friends have had them. I have had many cars but this is my first truck as I plan to move to Colorado soon. Big mountain guy (board, hike, etc) but if the sport gets that much better I may change my order. I wanted the OR for the more robust capability (and bilsteins which the sport no longer has if I recall) but don't think its worth the drop in MPG. Thoughts?

    You posted this in the wrong thread but, I don't see anywhere that the MPG has changed. Are sure you are not looking at the manual tranny which is 17/20?

    Oh sorry. I just saw the thread creator had the came config so he might be able to help. Its right on the website if you go to build then select your trim. Do you see it?

    Post a screen shot of what you are seeing. I think you are looking at the wrong thing.

    So, that probably has the manual transmission selected. Go back and make sure you see the auto transmission.;

    None of them will get great mileage unless you get 2x4.

    Nothing has changed. s2kshock has not posted back stating that he was actually looking at the manual transmission which has been 17/20 from the get go.

    I think Toyota site is messing up cause it doesn't change when I change transmissions. Swimmer thanks for the heads up! I called a dealer in Colorado and confirmed it is 18/23 for the TRD OR AT 4x4. Thanks again!

    Yes I like it a lot. My 1st gen was a manual and I don't miss shifting it at all.
