    Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I couldn't find anything related to it via search.

Context: I'm about to subscribe to a monthly parking spot in San Francisco and plan to use it during work hours only. The problem is that the lot is on an outdoor pier so it will likely be exposed to elements including light salt water mists.

Question: Given the rust issues I've read about - should I avoid parking on the pier and opt to get indoor parking somewhere or am I making a nonsensical issue out of this?

    Thanks!
