I am looking to buy new tires, 265/70/17 for my 2014 Sport. I would also like to buy new wheels as well, but am having trouble knowing what will fit, and making sure they won't rub. The truck is stock height and suspension. A wheel I am interested in is the Pro Comp 5001 the specs for it are:

    17x8
6 lug on 5.5 bolt pattern
    Offset: 0
    Backspace: 4.5
    Max load: 3420

Would this fit and work out?

When I got new tires I got 265/75/16 wrangler authorities and I have stock wheels. I had a leveling kit and that size BARELY fits, the upper control arm is a hair from rubbing the back of the tire. It defiantly will be close but the rims might give you the clearance, I just know when I get my 33's I have to get a little bit more of a lift or trim my bumper

You are probably gonna rub, might want to get some 1/2" spacers.

    Check this site out: www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp
Plug in old and new values to get an idea of what the fit will be compared to old rim/tire config.

Thanks for the feedback, what are the specs for wheels that would fit without spacers?

Is backspacing the main thing to consider when thinking about fit? I believe stock is 5.5, would a wheel with 5.5 backspacing fit on stock height and suspension with 265/70/17 tires?
