Actually it's kind of dickish of you to assume I haven't done this. I have. Way to keyboard jockey though. You're a true hero for the cause.

Yeah I know, just saying a DCLB with manual transmission could get some additional sales with minimal costs from Toyota. I am not expecting them to change anything but one can complain to their customer relations department.

Maybe so, maybe no. As I said, doesn't hurt to let them know.

I didn't mean to make it a personal attack. I did direct it at you, but it was written for anyone in the thread that is reading along.

Fair enough. Thanks for clarification. I have e-mailed them before to no reply. I realize it's a losing battle but doesn't hurt to message them.

You can be sure that Toyota has some one monitoring this board and similar boards. So this type of thread is great.

The problem is the person doing the board monitoring is probably at the lowest possible level in Toyota, knows nothing about trucks, spends more time texting than compiling pertinent information and has to make lunch runs and pick up dry cleaning for his boss also ( sorry Dude )

With my not so vast business experience I can tell you management will always take the path of least resistance. Email, call, text, even write a letter and repeat. If its easier to change some option choices they will do it.

If I were a millionaire, I would just pay someone to swap a manual in the DCLB.

would really like to see someone step up and buy a '16 in Canada. It's not going to be me, as I'm officially waiting for MY17.
