    I do, definitely opposite of the typical.
    Thanks bud. But I'm 99% certain of it now. Might follow the one guys advice and ask higher and let them talk me down. See what happens. One guy from Mississippi already said if I was serious he'd come buy it cash in hand. I messaged him, but no response yet.
