I think your right, there's a reason why I said long story... I think they are for 05-11 access cabs.

Have you tried putting them in your truck? There was no change in the access cab configuration that would cause floor mats not to fit, to my knowledge.

Ya I tried they definitely don't fit. Look on google images and you'll see that they changed the rear seats a little.
