Lol I put the wrong picture up. But took the truck out to test the first cut I made and it was not enough. So this should be a lot better.

One of my German Shorthair pups helped me remodel my downstairs bathroom. I kept her in there during the day while I was at work and she completely ripped up the old tile floor, opened the cabinets and chewed on the shelves lol

I did for the first 9 months of his life (he's 10 months) but since this rental house has a huge mud/laundry room I've been just letting him stay out in there. I believe this was an accident, I think he may of gotten stuck and caused the damage by getting himself loose. Because those legs just pop off and once it was off, well, chew toy! He didn't rip up anymore of the floor, that's why I'm thinking it wasn't an act of destruction. He's been out plenty of times before and hasn't caused any damage. (besides the ac unit cord he chewed up)

My dog ate some of the wall whenever we'd put the baby gate up in the kitchen.

Then he learned how to climb the baby gate, so we got another one and stacked them.

Then he climbed both, so no more kitchen for him when we're gone haha.

Lately I've been catching a lot of grief from my roommates and friends. They pretty much think I shouldn't have a dog since he has to be locked up while I'm away. I could think of a lot worse situations he could be in.

Exactly. If that ac unit had been plugged in when he chewed the cord, I don't think I would of had my dog anymore.

I'm thinking about moving to Idaho, and I was wondering if I could ask some questions? I'm an Oregon resident right now, but I think I want a change of scenery. I went deer outside of Emmett and really liked the area. I am open to where ever, I just don't know anyone in the state and I'm finding it hard to answer the questions I have with just google and Craigslist. Thanks in advance for any feed back.
    Questions:
Where do you live and would you want to live in a different place within the state?
How is the housing (cheap rent, readily available)?
Any areas I should avoid (methvilles, slums, stupid people)?

Hi! I have lived in the Boise area for a year now (today marks the 1yr mark actually). I came from Western Washington (Marysville area). My reason for moving was this is where my now ex boyfriend is from and I moved here for him. Needless to say, we are no longer together and I am still here! That's how much I've fallen in love with the Treasure Valley.
I love how much you can do here, and if you want a change in scenery all you have to do is drive a few hours in a different direction and it changes. I also love how close you are to the middle of no where. You can be in the city, drive an hour and be in the middle of no where.
Places to stay away from, Nampa & Caldwell. I've heard Emmett has drug problems, but i haven't been there enough to tell.
I feel like rent is affordable. And it's definitely readily available. I'm currently renting a 1800 Sqft house on a half acre in South West Boise and it is $1,095 a month (plus utilities).

Hopefully I answered some of your questions! Happy adventures :)
