Deliverance and all the other Lost Abbey/ Port barrel aged 12.7 oz bottles are usually $15-17 each, $8.99 is a steal I would have bought a whole case! Love Deliverance too btw, just dont drink it much due to the price.

Wow Matt!Yeah i know i didn't pay anywhere near those price's!Yeah i remember buying 2 Deliverance's.I refrigerated 1 and kept the other for future enjoyment(drank it a few days ago as you noticed)!Every once in awhile we know it's nice to treat ourselves to great brew and it's seem's like more and more of these brew's are becoming more and more expensive!

This sounds great! It's the vanilla beans though that can be overpowering in my opinion in some stouts!I'll look into it!Porters and stouts are my favorites and that's year round too!LOL!

If you can get it in your area when they come back try Riverhorse's Oatmeal Milk Stout. My favorite milk stout and comparable taste to left hand.

I just got back from a trip out West in Wyoming and had some Moose Drool Brown Ale. OMG was it great! I think I like it better than Newcastle.

Here's one for you pumpkin lovers.....outta Missouri, hence the name. They also make one called wheach. It's a peach wheat and its stellar. .....back the this one though. Very easy drinking and just enough pumpkin not too little and not too much. Just perfect. If you boys can find it on the west coast, give it a taste!!!

Thank you! I love the damn thing
They label it as a fruit beer, I like it a lot, you get a nice flavor from blackberries and a finish of basil on the back of the tongue. It is 6.5% abv also.

that's an interesting combination. i've been curious of what kind of beer basil would go with. i need to try more fruit beers though, i tasted my friend's the other day, I think it was either a pineapple fruit beer or a cider, either way it was very pineappley haha not sure for good or bad though

Glad you're enjoying it or have already enjoyed it by now!LOL!Sounds interesting and i do myself like some brews that have a fruitness to them but i prefer it to be very light/sutle not overpowering.Don't think i've ever had a brew that consisted of basil either.
