Pulled the locker actuator on the trd axle I'm going to swap in. It was pretty dirty on the inside, all cleaned up and running great now! ran the brake lines and started getting the parking brake mocked up, cant decide if I should pull the axles and install new bearings and seals or just deal with that issue in the future if it ever comes up?

Swapped in a trd axle and an allpro ubolt flip kit.

Then some new plugs and wires, still having what I think is a loss of power issue, and getting some Evap codes
    Periodically

I was running into some issues with the locker after the install, blowing fuses. checked all my wiring, everything was ok. pulled the actuator, checked the motor. and found that there is one winding that is that is burnt. Im not sure if it was from me testing the motor,or there is a chip in the epoxy on the armature. might have happened when the auto wrecker pulled the axle. Either way i need to find a motor shop to re wind this, or find some spare parts.

Thanks man! So far I love the KTM. Going on my 3rd season with it, only thing I wish it that I got the 450. The 250 has a tonne of power high in the rpm range, but doesn't have as much low end. I'm really getting used to it now, just takes a bit more clutching, which is easy with the hydraulic clutch!

I'd probably look at 450 first myself then it would be more trail rides and I'm 6'2 240lbs so I'd prefer the extra room:rolleyes:

    Awesome taco man!
Is there a good amount of room between the tire and uca? I want to run 305/70/16. The tire is 3/4 inch wider then 285/75/16. Also is there decent amount of room between the wheel and the caliper? I installed the s13we tundra calipers they're not much bigger then the tacoma calipers.

As for room between the tire and UCA I think you will be fine. It's more so rubbing on the frame shuck mine do a tiny but at full lock and hitting a bump. The calipers will fot just fine, I did the brake upgrade a year ago as well, just haven't been updating this much.

Did you notice a lot of difference in the travel after doing the u bolt flip kit and shock relocation? I have the wheelers 1.5 and 5100s in the rear. Wondering if doing that dead end mod will make a big difference.
