'15 V6 Double Cab

howdy - ups guy just delivered this step you bolt to the frame under driver side rear bumper. on the corner, where the hitch is bolted to the frame. Any advice on muscling the two bolts out I attach the step to? I'm using my craftsman ratchet with a 17ml socket. Can I heat the bolt heads a bit with a torch or bang on them with a wrench first? They be real tight.. Thanks TacoNation!
