    When i Did my set up, i went to home depot and lowes and bought crap loads of adapters and fittings knowing that would happen, then returned what didnt use (did keep some for trail repairs in the truck)

    I don't have a Tacoma anymore but I have a 3rd Gen 4Runner. I just purchased a lift kit. Anyone around the Raleigh Durham area have experience installing lift kits that wouldn't mind helping for exchange of pizza and beer?

    I guess I'll have to wait for @RaleighTaco to chime in. A Sonoran Steel lift. Basically tundra springs with bilsteins up front with Land Cruiser springs and tokico shocks in the back.

    We actually just got done with his lift. OME 883(i think that's right) up front and OME 891 in the rear with Billstein 5100 all around. It wasn't too hard except for breaking a bolt and not being able to compress the springs because F$#& Parts store rental spring compressors. Get some PB Blaster and hose down all the bolts, once a day until you install. Also dig the mud out of the shitty designed rear top shock mounting bowls..

    I think I had a Silver Streak Mica. Silver Sky Metallic was a newer color than the '06 was offered in. I think my '13 Prius is Silver Sky Metallic. I've used the paint pen for my Prius on the taco and it is a tinge different shade of Silver.

    But yes - I have now swapped for a chrome bumper. :D
