Hi I am new to the forums and I recently picked up a TRD sport here in Phoenix,AZ!

It rides very smooth and the cabin is quiet. Even though I have been taking it easy so far to break in the engine, it has plenty of power.

I will post more pics when I have a chance.

Very Nice! But I have to ask. Black in Phoenix, is that really doable?

I have several neighbors with black trucks and they look clean most of the time.

My tacoma is pretty clean after owning it for a few days lol. I think it will be fine as long as I wash it every week or two.

I could be mistaken but I think he may have been talking about the heat, not the dirt/dust.

I have often wondered about this. I have a black corvette. I have a silver taco. If I leave them both in the summer Texas heat for a couple of hours, is there really any difference in the cabin heat? I mean they are both hot as hell.

I agree with you, I'm not sure it makes any difference.

The biggest difference I see is the ability of the AC unit to cool things down after it is scorching hot inside. The vette has a distinct advantage with the remote start. Having the car and AC running even a few seconds before you get in makes a big difference. If you are exiting a restaurant with friends and doing the typical good byes, remote starting the car and having it cool is really nice. Wish my truck had that.
