I don't see how they will stay. They appear to only be interested in the most current spec Mercedes engine, Mercedes said no. Unless there is another outside supplier we don't know about they are not going to get what they want. Based on Honda's issues I don't see an outside manufacturer being competitive. The way they have conducted themselves this season I say don't let the door hit you on the way out. I wonder who will scoop up Newey.

Red Bull and Toro Rosso have done very well in, and by, F1. Both teams have made the grid more interesting and exciting, and both have produced worthy cars and drivers. All of this year's sturm und drang (coupled with some lulus in 2014) make me wish that someone with true racing grit would gallop in, slice the head (Red Bull money + Horner) clean off, and let the teams get back to the business at which they so obviously excel. Bernie's too old, Max is out to pasture. What's needed is some new money, something from left field. Silicon Valley money maybe.
