I'm thinking starting in the morning around 0830 at the latest, was gunna do an evening run but since I haven't done a lot of prerunning out there, id rather us not get lost in the dark. If I don't get enough interest from Phoenix area guys, we may start at the actual trailhead vs meeting in Florence since it's out of the way for Tucson guys. The last and closest gas station for us Tucson folk is a QT in Oro Valley here:

    QuikTrip

    11045 N Oracle Rd
    Oro Valley, AZ 85737

I don't have a desire to hang around all day since the fiancée and I will likely be headed out camping after this run. Wanted to do a more private camping trip instead of the usual TW craziness. I'd say with the size of this area, we are looking at about 3-4 hours and a good 30-40 miles of dirt. Basically this is a good run to test out suspension and doesn't require a lot of technical wheeling. It's more geared toward faster paced driving, with roughly 20 miles of powerline road ;) I know there are some good sections we can stop and take photos/video of eachother, just need to find em, as well as a place to shoot/blow shit up (so bring your tannerite ). Part of the run I plan to detour East off the powerline road to check out a small abandoned ranch called 96 Ranch.

With all that said I need a list of members that plan to attend so I have a better idea. Copy and paste the following in your new message and add your name to the list.

We're gunna take this an extra step. For those that wish to tag along for an even longer run, I was already planning to continue into the actual town of Oracle, and head up the Mt Lemmon Control Road. This is definitely out of the way for anyone coming from Phoenix area, but it makes a nice detour back to Tucson going back down Catalina Hwy. I'll have to figure out a good end point for the first stretch of this run, which most likely will be the Cadillac Chaparral Steakhouse of Hwy 79. From here the group could go their separate ways

Unsure if I will make it...

I didn't realize the football game was at 1 and I promised a few friends I would go and participate in some tailgating shenanigans. Still deciding though! Will update when I know haha.

Sorry dudes this weekend seems to be falling apart, was expecting some more interest and I still don't know the area well enough to lead a good run. We're camping after so id hate to rush @satanstaco & @ArmyDog through the area since we wanna be up on Mt Lemmon by 2ish. Officialy I'm gunna cancel this run and reschedule for a better time that works for more people. Sucks but it'll be worth it for next time. @iJonny in the thread below is looking to start a run in the Florence area the same day tho so check it out.

Not sure Florence is the spot bud. It's just me and Jason at this point. I seriously doubt anyone else goes.

If you have a cracked windshield it will cost $15 for an alignment if you replace your windshield with them. I've done two trucks for $30 and new windshields. They got my toe camber and caster to my liking.
