3" is maxed out and well documented to have a poor ride. Putting it closer to 2" sould improve it significantly.

Edit: did you change the tires as well?

Did you get the C-load or E-load tires? E-load are going to have a much harsher ride than C.

Hmm, all the good off-road tires that I'm looking at are E load. Any good C load OR tires out there?

Not sure on your wheel size since you have changed from stock.
    16s 265/75/R16 Duratracs in C-load
    17s 265/70/R17 BFG KO2s in C-load

I chose my wheel size (17s) based on the tires I wanted to run so I could get C-load tires.

I've got the Toytech Boss kit and have the shocks cranked to 3" lift. The front end is sort of like riding on a jackhammer. Gonna dial 'em back a little OR take 'em off and go a different route. Good product, but 3" is stretching them just a tic farther than they should be IMHO. I'd bet you're suffering from the same thing.

If you have it on the last thread, (about 3.5") it's going to be a stiffer ride due to the preload.

Bro, probably just need to break in the suspension lol.. Also check your tire pressure because I Know for my Baja PSI according to the door jam is supposed to be set at 45! Per BFG KO's which makes it for a very stiff ride. So I had to knock it down a few ride was much better

Looking to add a 3" on my 2015 TRD off road. Is toytech still a good way to go with light racing UCAs. I had this set up on my 2011 but wasn't the ultimate kit.

It is a great way to go, I'm just fine tuning my front coil overs right now but installation an quality is great!

Boss lift kit set at 2.5", full leaf pack with 3rd leaf removed, 265/75/16 Cooper st Maxx load e. Rides a little tougher then stock but typical truck ride. More jumpy/squirrelly above 65 when hitting bumps. No complaints otherwise.
