4" rough country lift. 285/75r16 Kumho 16" Moto Metal Rims Leer shell with Thule rack system

I am looking to get rid of my camper shell and go with a Thule adjustable bed system. It is a leer with the Thule rack on top. Asking 1100 for the shell. It's less than 2 years old.
The shell is dark blue and for a short bed. In the southern Illinois area.
