Yeah that's my conundrum... Without the regional fees it is just an ok deal. Pretty good including them. I thought the trade offer was quite strong. Was offered the same as a straight purchase from another dealer. They sell well here.

Where are you at? I did the little auto trader thing just for my own amusement and it was a guaranteed 27. In Wilmington I had an offer for 28 without them seeing the truck. Dealer up here pulled an auction list and it was between 28,600 and 29 but I am not sure if he had mine fully specd with all the factory options that were installed. He claims they pull up under the VIN but then was asking me about some of the standard features that came with that model. Without the regional fees it is still a decent deal. $500 over invoice is a really good deal on these right now, usually not including the dealer fees. Most dont even want to budge off MSRP

In Boone. My truck has no other options besides the trd off road package. I am satisfied with the trade allowance. Some of the dealerships up here are pretty good, no bs people.

Mine has the TRD Sport package and the infamous tow package that comes with it (I swear I will use it sooner or later), the entune audio plus upgrade and the factory alarm. I tried using black book but their pricing is jacked up. In order to pick a double cab you have to choose SR5, but theres an option that says without SR5 and deducts $825 from your value. But the TRD packages only ad $700 back. So according to them the SR5 is worth more than a TRD. Fail. I've yet to get an actual real appraisal from the dealers here. The one I went to didnt have the vehicle I wanted in stock so they stuck with the same amount that KBB gave me, for a non TRD with no options selected. Even after I brought my truck there because they wanted to appraise it. Dealers here are too greedy.

Side note I actually know where Boone is, I was supposed to do an adventure race there but our team didnt have enough support so we couldnt go

Depends on Grade. Some options have the tow + Premium/tech together. For example of the Sport DCSB

It seems the options is Tow, Tonneau , Prem/Tech with Options (i.e, Tow Package), Prem/Tech with Options (Tow + Tanneau),
Prem/Tech with JBL with Options (i.e, Tow Package), Prem/Tech with JBL with Options (Tow + Tanneau),

It seems that you cannot get the Prem/Tech without the tow package with the Sport or OR.

You pretty much can't get a TRD model without a tow package. That's a true unicorn

Considering the upgrades for the cost, why wouldn't you want a tow package?

Yes you can. Just order it. Only four packages from the Factory available. Technology package, Towing package, bed cover, floor mats. I'm ordering mine today with only the Tech and Towing. Bed cover I did not like, going to buy WeatherTech mats when they come out. Ignore the Dealer add on crap. Sold my 2000 TRD Prerunner this week $6,000.

The TRD Sport double cab manual 4x4 and TRD OR double cab manual 4x4 are both a msrp of 32,100. Is there no difference between them? I know crawl control is only on the OR Automatic. So you lose that with a manual. What about rear locker? Do you lose that too on OR with a manual?

The rear locker is there. You get MTS only with the manual. The locker offsets the price of color matches flares, bumper, and other cosmetic things on the Sport

I was referring to the Access Cab Off-road 4 x 4 Model which only has what I noted, most is standard on that level. Everything else is dealer add.

I made my deal today, Truck will be ordered Monday. Access Cab Offroad model , 4x4, Technology and Towing package. No other options from Factory, Distributor, or dealer. Weathertech mats I will purchase when it comes in. I will evaluate BeadLock wheels when the truck comes in. What did I miss?

That's how they make profit. Or it's the distributor making money
