    you probably don't know but would the process of exporting from Canada to US but just as easy? I would like to get the Canadian TRD Off-Road AC 4x4 with 6-spd Manual!

    Under NAFTA rules, it shouldn't be difficult, as long as the vehicle is EPA compliant. This is best done with a used vehicle. You are unlikely to find a Canadian dealer who will sell it to you for export, i.e. without collecting the sales tax (which varies by province. Alberta has no provincial (state) sales tax, just the dreaded federal Goods & Services Tax of 5%.)

    On more than one occasion whether buying a new motorcycle or new vehicle, I had to sign a paper saying I will not export it to the US. Gotta love "free trade". When the CAD$ was at par with the US$, lots of Canadians flocked south of the border to buy new and used cars. So some car companies to protect their turf said there would be no warranty coverage on new vehicles imported from the US.
