I hear a slight med pitched 440 Hz +/- whine between 35-45 MPH. Does anyone else notice that?

Toyota service techs opened a service ticket with Toyota after driving another new truck with same noise.I went back there and drove yet another new SR 5 IT had the same noise.....
Not tires because sound same regardless of terrain, Speed related. Changing transmission gears does not change the sound at 40MPH.

Firestones on my Sport were noisy. Swapped the tires out with Michelins and the noise went away.

I have it too,DCLB Sport I picked up last night. It has the Firestone's,haven't driven it enough to figure it out yet.Other than that I love the thing.Gonna do some running around later, try to determine noise.I'll check back in here and update with any findings.

I probably put 100 miles on today, tried to listen for this. Once I thought I might be hearing something similar, but it was just the wind from the car beside me. TRD Sport I have came with Toyo Open Country tires.

I had Firestone Destination LE2's on my 2nd Gen, sounded great.

Do you have the JBL option? manual says turn up the volume! :crapstorm:

j/k - I have noticed various humming noises but going to give it a thousand or so miles to let it settle down and especially to let the tires wear in. also - pay attention and see if it is concrete, grooved concrete, or pavement specific - if it is specific then it is just some odd harmonic with that surface and that tire more than likely
