A good place to start checking is the battery in a no crank situation. Most stores that sell batteries will test it for free. If that checks out OK then I would look at the battery cables for corrosion and tight connections. Check the ground connections too.

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
Could be a problem with the engine temperature sensor? The sensor tells the ECU when to run a richer mixture of fuel to the engine. This used to be handled with a choke in the old days. Anyway, easy to replace it. That's my guess.

I don't think that's it because I can hook it up to a battery charger and still takes a while to start

No crank means the starter won't turn the engine. No start means it won't run on it's own. Does it crank, but won't start? If so, you should put a scan tool on it. Most auto part chain stores do it for free. Just throwing parts at it is an expensive way to go.

... sounds like a fuel issue to me.
As you said, you replaced the motor... perhaps a fuel line connection?

I'd start from the 1st fuel connection you took apart and work your way towards the fuel rail.

Hope this helps you, good luck.
