2004 Reg Cab 2.7L 5spd 4x4 Silver

I have a 2004 Tacoma with 150K on it. Truck drives like a champ and is completely stock. I have had it since 2011 and am the second owner. Oil changed every 5000 and i have all service records. I am selling because the rust has started to take its toll and it is becoming a bit much for me to keep up with and honestly i cannot afford to put in what it needs to be in prime condition. I'll start with the bad and end with the good.

Bad: Needs new exhaust from headers back. Brake job front and back. Water pump. Shocks. This is all due to rust- this truck spent is first 10 years on the salty roads of New England. There is also some body damage to the front bumper from a collision with guard rail this winter. Will need new front bumper, right headlight and grill. No frame damage. Decent dent in drivers side door from deer.

Good: Engine/drivetrain runs like a champ and it just got a clean bill of health from local Toyota dealership. 4wd works great. This truck got the frame job from Toyota right before I bought it in 2011. Interior is clean, non-smoker driven. New spare tire carrier from recall. New alternator, idler pulley and PS pulley and belts.

I am located in Southern Maryland about an hour south of DC and an hour north of Richmond, VA. I am thinking around the lines of $4000 for the truck but am willing to hear offers.

Is this Md inspected, or is it sold as-is?

 

This is sold as is. Brakes, exhaust and right headlightbwould prevent this from currently passing MD inspection

 

Some pictures from underneath. Frame was replaced by Toyota through the recall right before I bought it in 2011 at around 70K miles. Frame is good, just surface rust.
