I have a 2014 DCSB that doesnt have the inverter in the bed, but ive been thinking about installing one. I cant find a thread about it anywhere. Can someone point me in the direction of part numbers or any idea on how to install it? I think it would be a handy option for the truck.

I found the connwctor foe the inverter switch behind a blank switcg cover in the cab of my 15.

Someday when i have the console apart ill look to see if the inverter is in there under the lidded console box.

If all i need is a switch and a couple relays to have a 110va source in the cab ill probably go for it...

Aftermarket as in how? Im new to this and really have no clue of what and where to start my search. Parts numbers, names, anything like that would be a big plus.

Mine is not a trd. I just had the decals made for it, and bought some wheels off of another member, i know i know, dumb for just putting the decals on it, but i like the way they look.

To do the inverter you would need the inverter itself( goes under the center arm rest) the switch is prewired, you would need to add wires and a relay to the aux fuse box to power everything. And if you need power outlet in the bed you would need a separate harness and outlet itself

For less hassle I bought an inverter over the counter and made leads for it. Not permanently installed but stored in the back seat for when I need it.
