Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
I found it at NAPA auto parts. Just becareful when you find it, make sure it comes with the attachment for your drill, it is about $3 more than just a replacement wheel. The first one I got at O'Reilly was just the wheel, I was able to fashion a drill attachment out of a bolt, but it was easier once I got the attachment.

    This ^

That's what I used and it was easy and perfect.

I don't like the idea of taking heat to your paint job... hence the "good distance away"

Use fishing line to slice through the adhesive on the back and then the 3m wheel will remove the residue also.

For the TRD stickers, I accidentally picked at one corner of one after the truck had been sitting out in the sun for a good hour, and the thing just came right off. It did leave the lines around it that I took some goo gone too and they came right off as well. Just make sure to wax that spot right after, as its practically straight on the paint/clearcoat and has been protected by the sticker.

That's the safest method, but since the OP is in Virginia, it may not get hot enough in the sun this time of year. :D

Look up sockmonkey on here. He does custom ones. I ditched my factory decals for a set from him. Love them.

Hello Everyone. Bought my TRD Sport Tacoma 4x4 400 miles ago. Today I took some of your advice to remove the stickers. Took me 15 minutes per side to fingernail then pull off the stickers. Then took me 5 minutes with WD40 and some elbow grease to buff out the left over adhesive. Looks perfect now. No need for heater or goo gone. Thanks a bunch TW.

    Roland from GUAM.

I just took mine off. Used a hair dryer. Took about 3 minutes to pull off a sticker. Here is the interesting part. I had some GooGone and some WD-40. Both kind'a sort'a worked. Then I found this Motsenbocker's sitting in the garage -- I don't even know where it came from. But this removed the goo like magic. It made the other two look like plain water. For all I know it is out there eating through the side panel right now, but I did the second side, start to finish, in about 5 minutes.
