I intend to get the SR and change out the head unit for an aftermarket one that has Apple CarPlay. They cost around $600 for a nice double DIN touch screen radio.

I have an iPhone and the JBL system and can't get Scout to work.

Also can't seem to figure out how to get navigation from my phone to the trucks screen.

I enable Siri on my phone, the truck shows the microphone on the screen, she gets directions, but only shows them on the phone.

Also while connected via bluetooth I get no sounds out of my phone, no voice directions or e-mail notifications.

I just reread the manual and it looks like I have to enable Siri using the steering wheel control (phone button) and that will enable Siri/Mobile assistant.

If you have the JBL system, the Scout system shouldn't work as you have built-in navigation already.

If you long press the voice command, it'll trigger the Siri "eyes free" mode (sorry, I don't know Apple's official name for it). Short press will bring you to the Entune voice command.
