It definitely fits 05- 11 and pretty sure it will fit the 12-15 models too.Weights roughly between 100-120lbs.

Im pretty sure, the 12+ bumpers mount the same as the 05-11

Going off Avid and Pelfrybuilt bumpers the mounting points changed between 11 & 12. I don't know anything about metal work but always figured it wouldn't be that hard to fab a difetent mount

Oh didn't even realize the mounting points changed. Yeah that wouldn't be too difficult, that or the bumper could always be welded onto the frame.

Mounting point didn't change, I have mocked up tube bumpers for 2011 and up trucks on my 06. He reason some of the plate bumpers are not interchangeable is because the shape of the grill between the front ends is different. Their plate bumpers hug the grill, that's why you can't interchange. This bumper should work fine on any second gen
