That is a: Mountek nGroove Snap 3 Magnetic CD Slot Car Mount

And sadly it's not going to work in this truck. It worked great in the Camry. But in the truck, my iPhone 6 Plus covers up the screen way too much. I'll have to find another type of magnetic mount. I stand by the concept of using this type of mount: thin metal plate on the back of my phone stuck to a big magnet mount. Super simple and elegant in execution.

    Thank you!

Took it off road for the first time today. Had the wife and boy with me. We had a blast! The best part was when the wife looked over and asked, "Can I drive?". I thought she was joking. Nope. Her words: "That was a lot more fun that I thought it would be..."

Tried crawl mode also. That first notch, 1 mile per hour, is aggressive about maintaining that speed. It's a little jarring even. The 2nd notch was much smoother. But, as other videos have shown, it is loud! Didn't detract from the experience though.

That's a beautiful truck, rysingsun. Better not lift it too much though. Could just be the angle the photo was taken but, if lifted much it might not fit under your garage door! Mine is still stock. Not lifted, and it seems fine to me.

Thanks Sam. So far, my favorite vehicle purchase by a landslide.

After seeing your pictures I called my salesman again over the weekend about changing the color. Got the call today, he can't change the silver but they do have another allocation in quicksand coming in. Downside is I have to wait another 2 weeks as it's coming from Mx now but I want this color now so it's worth it. Keep posting pics so I can be tortured even more. :annoyed:

Got to look/sit in one of these this past weekend at the Seattle international auto show! Completely liked it! Love how the tailgate has the TACOMA stamped in the bed.

The wait is worth it. One of the perks is how unique this color is, I think. But wait, you say - how is beige/tan/khaki unique? Those are colors to describe plain things! But when you see it in person, there's something about this particular hue that says "take me off the beaten path". Just my 2 cents.

I had the exact truck on order and chickened out. I called and switched it to white with grey interior.
I love the color but I promised myself I would never get another car with black interior. That's the only choice with quicksand. I stressed over it for two weeks. I'm glad they let me change my order with no issues.

Yes that is the date they start the build, anyway that is how the dealer explained it to me. Was told delivery is usually 14 days or so after build is complete, that is to Denver,CO.
