Yes. We finished our final prototype and made the decision on the direction we're going. First run of parts are on order and we should have pricing and pictures up very soon.

Curious, how are the bars attached? Are they welded to the towers? Kind of looks like they might just slide through the tower and the end plates just keep the bars from coming out??? **Not sure if that makes sense to you or not**

Not taking orders yet but I'll mark you down as the first one.

    Shipping should be about $30.

They sit inside the 3/16" brackets, then the end caps get bolted into the end of the 80/20 locking them in place. To remove, you remove the bolt and slide the 80/20 out of the other end.

OK, I thought so and that makes sense since some covers move the rails.

We ran a bunch of simulations and tested beyond rating to verify that the design won't fail. Once the parts arrive we'll also do a real world test before we ship anything.

Photos! Sorry for the delay. We've been working on a lot of different things lately. This is a 'simple' product, but we had significant challenges sourcing some of the off-the-shelf parts we needed to make a complete package for you. Without further ado:DSC_0541.jpg

    Just FYI:

I painted these parts (I'm an awesome painter o_O), but all part you receive will be laser cut and covered with our durable, textured, black powder coat.

You will also get all the hardware to mount the bed bars to the bed channels, a gasket to fill the gap created between the tonneau cover and bed side caps.
