Yeah might put up a feeler for sale ad and put it on for a couple weeks. Nice shell has carpet lined interior windoor on one side and Yakima mounting rails still have to get the crossbars and towers from PO!

Truck is getting some new stuff put on it and an alignment. I searched but i just wanted to make sure this is right.

I want as much caster as possible as long as the camber and toe are still in spec right?

Yes. I'm running 4.1 degrees of caster (aftermarket upper control arms) and it makes the world of difference!

Ok cool, thanks guys. I'm running stock control arms but only lifted about 2in up front so alignments havent been a problem. Aftermarket arms are on the list but not a huge priority. Maintenance stuff and wheels/tires are much higher at the moment

I bought the same rods. Inner & outer both sides. No issues yet.

Did some research and called around but couldn't find this in stainless, so I ordered one in mild steel and intend to paint it.

Damn! Didn't you could get that much more caster from aftermarkets! What UCA's do you have?

Lightning UCAs, I think. Needed them to get the clearance I needed for my tires (285/75/16) to prevent rubbing. Steering is very stable and nice and "heavy".

You probably meant ceramic coated. I think lce would be the only place that has stainless.

Lightning? Never heard of them! Sounds like a good product for me because my tires rub under flex along with at full lock! And that steering makes it sound even more appealing! Where did you buy them from?

Oops, light racing UCA. Bought from local supplier (I'm in Canada).

Aftermarket UCAs will make your firewall rubbing worse as they move the top of the spindle back to gain castor. LR UCAs have an offset balljoint that can be rotated to change castor, at 4* I'm guessing it's at its max setting and rubbing is pretty bad.

Pictures of full stuff lock to lock? I can't see how that's possible with 4* of castor from UCAs, 285s, and no tub.

LCE does not have stainless, and no, I didn't mean ceramic coated. In fact, I don't think there are ceramic coated toyota o2 flanges.. unless I misunderstood your post?

Yeah, didn't remember the name correctly. Research what @Squeaky Penguin is saying about the rub. I have no rubbing issues on my setup, other than full driver lock turn on the frame. I've tested full stuff on both sides and other than full driver lock on steering, I'm not rubbing anywhere. I'm using ProComp 7069 wheels with OME 883 coils.

I did bash in the inner fender a bit with a hammer too.
