For how many miles? Increased stopping distance and a lighter front end / steering I guess. If short distance you probably won't notice anything. I've went way over... Dangerously over... On other trucks with no damage. I would be very surprised if the Toyota blinked.

Just use common sense. If it doesn't feel right when driving, lower the load.

This. Inverting the leaf springs will cause them to sag even when unloaded. I bought my 2015 last Christmas, and almost immediately began hauling/towing loads like this with it:

Two months and 8,000 miles later, the OEM leafs were completely shot. The rear sat lower than the front from just the weight of the cap. So, I got new leafs under warranty, and added Firestone RideRite Airbags. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you foresee yourself hauling/towing frequently.

Here's a shot of the truck loaded for overlanding (~1,000 pounds including cap) with 15 PSI in the air bags. (Otherwise stock suspension)

Alternatively, if you're considering lifting the truck, consider a rear suspension option that increases payload capacity. I'm running Wheeler's 3-leaf Progressive AAL set with OEM leafs, overload included. Netted ~2" lift with +500 lbs. of payload capacity. Rides fantastic when paired with Bilstein 5100 shocks, both loaded and unloaded. Here's a shot of it supporting ~1,100 lbs with 8 PSI in the airbags (providing very little support).

If this is just a one time thing, I wouldn't worry about it. But, if you intend to use it like a truck, I'd consider beefing up the rear suspension.
