Hey all - just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. Just bought my third tacoma in the family, a 2003 2.7L Xtracab 4x4, with 175K miles. I've had a 1994 and a 2008 in the past, bought this one as a commuter in the Greater Boston area and to toy around with as a weekend project. Been using this site for a long time so thought it was high time I join officially. Added a pic of the new 2003 as well as the 2008 I used to have :)(), couldn't find one of the '94. Excited to be back in the family!

No service records for it so first plans are to do some regular maintenance (timing belt, water pump, thermo, drive belts, carrier bearing, plugs, tires, rust proofing, etc). Ultimately I want to add OME full suspension, a cap, and some assorted goodies.

    Looking forward to posting more!

Looks good and welcome back for round three! Can't wait to see how this turns out! I had a 98 in sunfire red pearl years ago and all I wanted was for it to be green! Unfortunately, I would have had to wait a month to get that color in stock and I was in a bit of a hurry. Good luck and welcome to TW! Hope to see you around, I'm also in mass, Framingham area :D

Thanks! Do you know of any good shops in the NE area? I'm in Wilmington and best thing I can find is a shop in Manchester, NH (Ron's Toy shop)...
