Hey guys. I'm getting some Cooper ATs from Pepboys this week but I want to be sure and do it right (save me the most $). I got an in-store quote of $595 after the Buy 3 get 1 free deal and the $70 mail-in rebate.

I plugged in the same order on the Pepboys website and it comes out to $601 BEFORE the $70 mail-in rebate. So I'm actually looking at $531 when it's all over.

Can anyone explain the difference in charges? I noticed on the in-store estimate little things like "store fee" $10, "tire fee" $4, etc.

    Do they charge for shipping?

I figured it out. In-store they automatically throw in a wheel alignment at a discounted rate. Regular is $89.99 but they make it $49.99 if you're getting tires mounted. The online option does not include this. It's a $50 difference. They said I'd need an additional $89 alignment at the shop but it was very easy to get them to honor the $49 price. Poor guys, took 'em 2 hours and 20 minutes to get the thing in spec.

Did you get the P or E rated tire. How do you like them?

I got the regular ones. I don't need those thick sidewalls.
