This is my first post on here and I'm wondering about how much higher will my truck sit with front and rear Bilstein 5100 shocks the ome Dakar leaf pack and ome 885 coils. I'm wanting to get the front and rear leveled. It's an 09 regular cab 4x4. I also plan on adding an off-road front bumper and possibly a rear bumper.

3" front and rear or thereabouts.

Don't preload the 5100s with lift coils, particularly in your configuration.

I got 2.5" of lift with 884X coils without any kind of extras on a DCSB Prerunner 2.7 auto, and 2.75" of rear lift with a full Dakar pack . Just coils and the driver side trim packer.

Do you have a shell or plan to add one? If not, unless you have tons of armor you'll likely have a shitty ride with Dakars. They're meant to handle weight, not be super flexy.

Thank you for the help and I don't think I'm gonna add the shell to it, right now I have a bed cover on it but might take it off and put a tool box on it. The only reason I want the Dakars is because I've heard good things about them and I have the squeaky leaf springs.

Dakars squeak like crazy. Do you have Instagram? If so you can hear my Dakars.

I'll go make a new one soon I forgot the password to my old one. What are some other aftermarket leaf springs that are good and don't squeak?

Try All Pro. They're more flexy and less prone to squeak, at least comparatively.

LMK when you have an IG account, I have a video on there with my squeaks. They're pretty bad.

Those springs sound as bad if not worse than the stock springs.

    Yup.

I didn't do any precautionary mods to prevent squeaks, so it's definitely a necessary thing to do.

@tacomgee is installing All Pro Expo's I think, tomorrow.. maybe he can chime in on noise. That video switched him from Dakars to AP.
