Duracoat interior surfaces?

    There are some shiny interior surfaces that I don't really like. The bezel around the shifter reflects light into my eyes when it's very sunny. I thought about removing them and using Duracoat to coat them. It's very hard/durable so I think it should work well in the truck.

    Any thoughts?
