dannyk35's Extremely Slow Highschool Build.

Hello everyone! This is my first build. This truck is my second Tacoma, (I previously had a 2002 ext. cab that my dad needed for work.) The truck is a 3.4l 6cyl automatic, the color is Cobalt Blue Pearl. This truck is far from perfect, but I plan on keeping it until it dies, as its value is low due to the body. I bought it on July 13th with 204,500 on it, and since then I've put about 2500 on it, as it currently has about 206,950, (Sept. 30th). Well, lets get into this!

LED backlight mod (converted to blue)
Shifter light conversion (also Blue)

Bug Shield (stupid rock chips )

First mod: LED Back light, July 20th, 2015.


August 5th, 2015: Grille Painted Black.


August 22nd, 2015:Cap off (only until hunting season picks up.)
4runner wheels added, painted black.


August 23rd, 2015: My driveway; 1997 ext cab, 2011 DCLB, 2002 ext cab.


September 9th, 2015: Painted Bumper Black to match grille.

September 11th, 2015: Got it a little muddy by going through puddles

Updates! I've been busy but much has happened in recent weeks, and I plan to keep this more updated now since I'm finally getting a job again.
10/1/15-Finally added a bug shield, major improvement to the front end in my opinion.


10/6/15-I mounted the CB in place of the Ashtray, its nice not having my passengers kick it anymore..


10/9/15- NEW BUMPER! My dad and I made it from scratch. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome.
