My wife's annoying habit....

With the thread title, I could list 12,000,000,000 different subjects, but I'll keep it to one (for now)

During a typical "road trip" she will un-snap, adjust, reposition, and re-snap the sun visor AT LEAST 10,000 times. I'm 6'-5" and the sun visor is DIRECTLY in my line of sight....and when she has it folded around to the passenger window side, I can't see ANYTHING that isn't at mirror level.

I've asked her to leave it in place so many times I've quit wasting my breath. My only hope at this point is the visor will some day fall off. OK...Here's where I'm going with this thread. I've heard the Tacoma sun visor has "issues" and will fall off. Any truth to that rumor? I might have some luck if I was to tell her that the visor is about to fall into her lap. Maybe then she'd leave it alone. Help a brothu out here.....

Why don't you get a mesh screen for the window. Keeps the sun out of her eyes and let's you see out the window.

 

Mine does the same dam thing LOL, plus she leaves it down when she exits the vehicle

Since it may be hard to see with 2 black eyes, I may go with option B

 

Since I put on my lift and sliders however, she doesn't like to ride in the truck too much anymore, soooo.......sliders and a lift may solve this issue

 

Mine won't drive either.....The problem with the visor is when she's a PASSENGER.

Mine used to change the radio every time she'd get in. Was a little bit county, I'm all rock and roll. Couldn't move the unit so we parted ways

Plasti-dip the mirror in the sun visor! Might help?

Don't stop to get food or stop and eat inside. I don't eat in my truck so no one else gets to either.

just unscrew it until its just kinda chilling there ready to fall when someone messes with it.
