    This picture pretty much sums up yellow jackets in my opinion. One day I was siting outside and unthinkingly swatted at what I thought was a fly. Nope, it was one of these bastards and it nailed me.

    When I was a kid a wasp decided to land right on the bridge of my nose in the middle of a school assembly. Being an unknowing 8 year old and thinking it was just a fly, I pinched it between my fingers and took it off my nose. After realizing my terrible mistake I attempted to then throw said wasp. Got stung a few times on my hand swatting it away. But because stinging me wasn't enough, it stung the kid sitting next to me too.
