The TSB is a Technical Service Bulletin. The one that they're specifically referring to is the Rear leaf fix. It adds a new, 4-leaf pack to your truck and upgrades your shocks to TRD Bilsteins if you have an SR5.
This is a good thing to get if you're having problems with the rear of your truck bottoming out with light to medium loads in the bed.

A UCA is an Upper Control Arm. Purchasing aftermarket arms significantly increases your down travel and articulation.

with billies set to 2.5" you want ucas that can correct the alignment, otherwise the front tires would get worn on the outside. I talk from experience...my stock tires got pretty much bald on the outside.

Say what? I had my dealer do the TSB fix on my SR5 and they only stuck the leaf pack in, not the shocks... are you sure they're apart of the TSB?

how is the ride with the 5100's set to 2.5"?

Cuz i'm getting my frame replaced at the dealership right now on my 04 and i told them to just bump them up from 1.75" to 2.5" cuz my truck still wasn't level even on the passenger side and obviously they will align it there when their done so i don't have to pay for another alignment, and i didn't want to put spacers or anything like that in cuz i don't want to ruin my truck

Getting mine done tomorrow morning. Now I am not sure if I want them at 2.5 or 1.75. I dont want the hassel and money of taking them back in if there is an issue with the front riding too high. I guess I will just ask them to make it as level as possible with the rear. Anyone know where the best place to get an alignment is around annapolis maryland? I was thinkin pep boys but not sure on their quality.

Hey man who's doing the install? I need to see them somehow before I leave saturday for college. That is going to be how I make the choice whether I am going to end up doing it.

He's right if you have a TRD its just the leaf pack, if you got an SR5 they should have upgraded you to TRD shocks. I would call that "stealership" and raise hell.

Are those 265/75/16 Duratrac's? If so, how do you like them? MPG with them?

    Too few to list.
I guess it's a hit and miss thing for having the truck level. I have mine set at 1.75" with the rear TSB and it's completely level. No vibration issues. People here really don't see any issues under 2.5" and even at that, it's a hit and miss also with the vibe.

yes 265/75R16 Duratrac's on the stock rims ( painted )
So far love them, look awsome, have handled great in rain and mud. they have a snow rating of 10 so waiting for buffalo's first snow storm.
As far as mpg, i dont track that, but havn't noticed any change in gasing it up.
    Would highly recommend
