    There's nothing like a good case of shingles to fuck up my program.

    Beginning last week I started feeling something in my back and under my left arm. Kind of a dull pain...it progressed. I now have the "rash" tho pretty mild at this stage. It runs from my spine (pretty much about between my shoulder blades), under my arm (in the arm pit too), to my sternum.

    I'd switch to legs only for a while but, my damn knees aren't cooperating either. Had the manuscus trim & ACL transplant a little while back and sometimes they just don't wanna any part of working or jogging.

    So, maybe a some time off...

    Tried 315. That should happen within a month or 2. I'm giving myself to thanksgiving.

    Did a double WOD tonight
    21-15-9 #225 deadlift and pull ups. 6:42
    Then "Cindy" 20 minutes of as many rounds of possible
    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 squats
    Hit 15 rounds and made it to 8 pull ups.

    Then went for pizza and beer!

    probably has something to do with my fucked up study/eat/sleep schedule having me at 154 lbs right now......................

    I lift cases of freight everyday at work and stack them on a pallet till there 7 ish foot tall. Which leaves me too tired to really wanna work out after work or on my weekends lol. Dont wanna get useless sore and try to make production. Any ideas for easing into lifting again?
