'14 TRD Sport Supercharged

Discount Tire opened a store in my town and they're having a sale this weekend. If you buy wheels and tires, you get a $400 rebate. I'm sure many of you have seen this with stores in your area. I have 2 questions.
#1: is there a catch?

#2: will a 9" width rim work with a 265 tire?

I'm thinking about the level 8 mk6 in 17x9 with some 265/70s.
